For those who don't know, the same day HEDWIG closes at a matinee performance (Sept 13th) later that night at the Rough Trade in Brooklyn TITS OF CLAY is playing a gig. Stephen Trask is part of the band and will be playing on stage, among many guest performers who have not been announced. JCM will not be there, but who knows who else will be stepping onstage.

I love the tits! Their EP is excellent.
I will be in town the weekend of the 13th and got a ticket to the gig.
I do have a question (and please excuse my midwestern naivety). Will I be ok to take the subway back to midtown after the gig (probably 11pm)?
I imagine there would still be lots of people riding the subway at that time so I won't be alone?
I've taken the subway numerous times, including to the M60 connection to LGA, but have never gone later at night since I always stay in midtown.

You will be very safe on the subway at 11 PM on a Sunday night, between BKLN and midtown Manhattan. Have no worries.
