Hello Dolly Stage Door/Rushing

Hi, I was thinking of attending a Wednesday matinee for Hello Dolly, I was wondering if someone could tell me about their stage door experience recently. Has Bernadette come out? Also just out of curiosity, if anyone can share their input about same day rushing recently. Thanks so much for your help :)

I went in February just after her “opening”, and it was only Charlie Stemp, Jennifer Simard, and Kate Baldwin who came out.

I mentioned this in another thread.  You don’t have to be there early to rush.  Just walk up to the box office and very quietly ask if they have a rush ticket available for that day..  They will sell you one.  As long as your not being loud about it  since most tourists walking up to the box office don’t know about rush.

When I was there last weekend, there were a couple of girls who got rush tickets about 20 minutes before curtain. Like DAME said, if you're quiet about it it should not be a problem.

Also, as far as I know regarding the stage door, Bernadette hasn't come out at all during this run. Other cast members seem to vary day-by-day; for instance, only Santino Fontana came out on the 25th.

Just got out of today's matinee. Only Santino stage doored.

Sat next to a lovely Australian lady who had no idea theater tickets could be purchased at the theater or what a "box office" was. Go figure!
