Are there any news regarding when the tickets sales will begin?

First they have to go on sale, then performances have to start, and then houses have to have extra seats, and only then will they show up on TKTS.

I can only answer what is being asked. I can't assume someone with money for Hello Dolly tickets is too lazy to also use the i, c, and e keys.

To answer the question at hand, no on-sale date has been set. However, a page for the show has been created on Telecharge, which would be the best resource with which to check back.

I'm with haterobics, who I imagine posted in good faith.
The two question marks should have made him wonder, though.

If we're in the mood to nitpick, TKTS is actually the name of the booth that sells the discounted tickets. It's not an abbreviation for the tickets themselves.

i would think that tickets will probably be going on sale in mid-June (maybe Tony award Sunday)? if not, I would expect them to wait until September for the fall preview NYTimes- Scott Rudin is still a big believer in print ads- taking on-sale ads out in July / August doesn't have that much bang for the buck- but just speculation on my end so don't yell at me!

I actually read that as TKTS, as in the TKTS booth, as well, and thought that was a rather stupid question to ask (and hence didn't reply)
I've never actually seen tkts as an abbreviation for "tickets" (or discount tickets), only tix... because it will lead to confusion with the booth.
