I'm heading to New York tomorrow night and I am already seeing Billy Elliot, Next to Normal, South Pacific, and Rock of Ages. However, I have time to rush two other shows and I can't make up my mind. The ones I'm interested in are In the Heights, Hair, Waiting for Godot, Blithe Spirit, August: Osage County, and The 39 Steps. Which shows do I have the best chance at getting into?

In the Heights and Hair are fairly difficult lotteries, but they are worth trying. I would say go for Blithe Spirit and August Osage.

From what I've heard August is easy if the box office people arn't being jerks. Also, Try for Waiting for Godot, It has such a wonderful cast.
Hair and Godot I'd say. Blithe Spirit is excellent (and of course seeing Lansbury live is a real treat). August Osage County is great, as is In the Heights.
Feel free to skip The 39 Steps.

If you're a student, definitely do the South Pacific rush. There were plenty of seats open when I went, and it's a cheap and great show!
The Norman Conquests should be on your list, and it is a fairly reasonable rush.

Do they do rush for Tuesday nights? How early do people get there for rush?
I'd recommend Hair and In the Heights, but those lotteries are fairly difficult to win.
I'd say go for Blithe Spirit and August: Osage County. If you go to August right when the box office opens you should be able to get a ticket. And Blithe Spirit is really easy, you can arrive at any time from 2 hours before curtain up until curtain.
You could always try lotto for In the Heights and if you lose that, just head over to Blithe Spirit and get a rush ticket. Or try Hair's lotto and if you lose, get standing room. Just some ideas.
go for Hair and In The Heights. you seem to like musicals. i say make your trip here a musical filled one.
both of those^shows have standing room as well. good luck!
The 39 Steps is amazing! And it's an easy rush.
I actually liked The 39 Steps too. If you are looking for an enjoyable evening, I would go for it! :)
The 39 Steps is always a good back-up, if nothing else.
