Help with seat locations on StubHub

I am a StubHub virgin. I want to buy two tickets to a Broadway show for tonight. When I click on the tickets I'm interested in, it says, "You'll get 2 of these seats: 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25." I don't know what that means. If I buy early, will I get seats 5 and 7? After I buy those, will the next person not see those two seats as an option? Will I see my exact seats before I pay? I doubt that, because when I click through to my cart, it says "2 seats together between 5 and 25." 

Obviously that's a large range! Can anyone help? Thanks!

I've heard that they sell the higher numbers (worse seats) first. Give them a call.

Or if you're in Times sq area, go to their office there (40/bway i think?) and ask. You definnitely want the seats closer to the center aisle (lower numbers).
