I'm glad you preluded your sentence with "old news." Maybe that'll keep the squeeing in this thread to a minimum.

My goodness, has there ever been a Broadway show more incestuous than "Wicked"? The producers sure know how to keep their actor's longevity and keep the tickets selling, eh? Good for them.

I didn't like them at all--separately or together (although I thought Megan was better when paired with Eden).

And I do like Wicked.

This will be a good thing for Kendra at least... she's been on tour for over 18 months. She needs this break like NO other.

i dont think kendra is taking a break... i think she is leaving....1. because shes been on tour forever
2. b/c she was supposed to take over on broadway and then they got Kate.. (im not entirely positive if that is 95% true... but i heard from someone who knows her)

i'm glad i love Megan, and i think Sho is pretty good, i hope i can go see it, and Kendra needed a break she has been on the tour forever!!

My problime with Bean was that she riffed WAY to much, yes she had a good voice, but she would build up a moment and build it up and your heart would bleed and then it would be "Shoshana Bean R&B and Joes Pub--The Sho must go on". I just didnt LOVE her, but she was better than some others, towards the end her voice needed a break. I dont think that they will ever bring Kendra to broadway, just because I cant see them bringing somebody who wont do an eight show week, but meirly a 6 show (sho)week and will take matinees off.

That is exciting! I wish them the best of luck, and maybe I will see the tour when it comes around!

I thought Bean was done with musical theatre? I don't mind her voice, I just don't like watching her face when she sings.

And...I thought we were only allowed one name per person?
