I feel like this is a role that *needs* sex appeal and charm. I saw someone who was (a) not attractive, (b) at least sixty, (c) lacking charisma, (d) unable to dance and (e) just really boring. I'm not sure who it was, but it was some guy who I think was there for a filler period between big names. Anyway, I was not happy.
I want Adam Pascal to play this part so badly. *whine*

Posted: 12/19/05 at 1:54pmNBC, I don't remember a date -- I can check my playbill later this week when I go home -- but I think I saw Brenda Braxton as Velma, and *possibly* Belle Callaway as Roxie. If I remember correctly, it was shortly after Kevin Richardson (the Backstreet Boy) had left.
