In the Heights wasn't nominated for any DDs? Was it not eligable for some reason?

It's ineligible this year because it was eligible last year.

Because it was nominated last year for the off-broadway incarnation.

got it...
that kind of sucks though, because so much of the score, book, orchestrations, even some of the actors, are different this year. Oh well.

The score has one new song, the book is the same, the orchestrations are the same, there's one new actor.

It's like Grey Gardens last year. Two or three new songs, two new actors, etc. Still can't be nominated again.

I think it would have to change the title to be eligible. If it changed the title [new title] would be eligible, because it wouldn't be "In the Heights".

The show would still be In The Heights even with a different title.
