From what I understand, the union refuses to talk . They want respect & do not like the term featherbedding. I guess is is OK to use the class warfare card & say the producers were trying to protect their 2 or 3 houses.
To Local 1, respect is a 2 way street.

Mr Roxy,
Please make sense of your thinking for me...
From what you understand the union refuses to talk because they claim no respect and don't like the name calling.. Wow, you understand correctly!!! Here's a gold star.. So, now you say the because the union used the class warfare card, they lose a point.
So since they both trashed each other, why should the union be the one to jump in bed?? The producers hold the cards. They were the ones who imposed rules on the union before a contract was agreed upon. WHy don't I ever hear you mentioning how WRONG that is?? The union struck because of it and they're the bad guys.. Please, explain??..??.. I can't wait for an answer!!!!

Why not give us the contact information for Local One too, so we can tell both sides about our frustration at this pitiful strike?
I loathe featherbedding.
