The poster didn't ask if he was suing Disney or not. He/she asked about his health. We all know he is suing Disney and the Nederlanders.

That being said, I don't think much has changed. He is going to have to go through a lot to recover from this.

Unfortunately, Bailey has passed away at age 67.

As per his FB page, Adrian reported that he was in rehab for a "fractured back" a week or so ago, but he posted daily right up sept 21st.

While I don't doubt that he passed, I still have not seen any official confirmation, BWW's obituary not withstanding.
