How long is Amber Gray with Hadestown?

Looks like she is joining the case of The Underground Railroad. The article does not mention her departing the show. I have tix in December. So I hope to see her.

She is amazing in the show. I am so happy for her. Run and see her in Hadestown. She is not to be missed.

I’m assuming (hoping) with only a supporting role in the Amazon show she may be able to get away with taking a little time off for filming instead of leaving altogether. Either way, thrilled for her!

Assuming she signed a standard Broadway contract, she's with the show for one year including rehearsals and previews, so I'd estimate her departure date around mid-February.

I don’t think she’s leaving for good. Hamilton cast takes long breaks to do other projects. I’m hoping this is the same deal.

I was really rooting for her to win the Tony for her outstanding portrayal of Persephone.  I have tickets to revisit this show in late February and hope she is still in it.
