There's the film Scrooge with Albert Finney which, I just learned recently, later had a stage version. Of course, there's the recent Kelsey Grammer version which won the best musical of all time award.
What others?
According to one poster, there is only one that matters.
And it's the best musical of the century.

Now, I would have to contest that with A Muppet Christmas Carol.
Does Mickey's Christmas Carol have songs?
The Kelsey Grammer version that was shown on TV was based on the production directed by Mike Ockrent (and later Susan Stroman) that ended last year
From Playbill.com
"The musicalized version of A Christmas Carol is based on the stageshow created and directed by the late Mike Ockrent (Crazy For You, Me and My Girl). The adaptation features songs by composer Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Little Shop of Horrors) and lyricist Lynn Ahrens (Ragtime, Once on This Island). The stage production — which ended its decade-long stint at MSG last year — was later overseen by his widow, Susan Stroman, the multi-Tony Award winner (The Producers, Contact) who also provided choreography."

I love Muppet Christmas Carol. The songs are some of the most haunting I have ever ever heard. As a composer, I tend to (unwillingly) snatch Paul Williams' tunes from time-to-time, and arrangers have noticed it over the years. So I've had to change them and make concessions, lol. But I love Williams and I love Christmas Carol. All the Muppet movies had awesome songs. Who else loves CABIN FEVER (from Treasure Island) as much as I do?
Floating Psycho Ward, indeed!

Dare I mention the Mr. Magoo Christmas Carol (I'm sorry, I still love the whole razzleberry dressing). And, Gregory Hines' short-lived Comin' Uptown.
Caught the end of the Kelsey Grammar one, and it reeked of Humbug. But, the tv show "Popular" did a great rendition of A Christmas Carol" although it wasn't a musical. Let's just say that A Christmas Carol is too cliche to be the best musical of all time. Thank you
