Being depressed at the theatre is certainly a worthwhile endeavor. Of these three, my personal favorite was Eclipsed. It's heartbreaking, it's original, and the performances are brilliant. I quite liked The Crucible too, but it is a Van Hove show so some of the content differs pretty sharply from the source material/popular previous productions and it's been pretty controversial amongst audiences. I know I'm in the minority on this, but I didn't love The Humans. It's not as plot/focus-driven as the kind of things I usually like, and I didn't think it did anything very different or better than the many, many other "dysfunctional family" shows out there. But I'm also aware that that's just my opinion. Most audiences have loved The Humans, so you probably can't go wrong with it. I hope you have a great time no matter what you choose!
