Hundred Days at NYTW

Hundred Days (written by up and coming duo The Bengsons) just started previews at NYTW. I know a friend who saw it tonight and said it was wonderful. If you see it or have any info, post your thoughts here!

saw it at Under The Rader, really enjoyed it, interested to see if anythings changed since then.

I was there last night! Got so much sharper from Under The Radar.  I was in tears! Abigail Bengson's voice is insane, and I think the rest of the band has found orchestrations that work for them a lot more.  I hope they do a cast recording!

The Hundred Days Original Cast Recording, featuring the NYTW company, was released digitally today! 

The album was recorded as a live session in a studio, but features a live audience. Some dialogue is in place, but ultimately it's just the songs. It's a wonderful recording, and I'm so glad we have this version preserved! While some of their monologues would've been great to have, I think it's still a great listening experience for people who saw the show or not.

The show was so wonderfully quirky and the music is excellent. Very glad to hear it's been preserved!

Just a heads up to the west coasters - The Bengsons are performing this at La Jolla Playhouse from 9/22 to 10/21/18.  

I'm glad to hear that it's good.  I don't actually get to see it until very late in the run.
