Please pardon me if I'm posting in the wrong area. I'm a musician and very much want to get into the broadway touring shows. Can anyone direct me to where I can find some type of list so that I may send my promo stuff in an attempt to get an audition.
Companies like Networks, Work Light productions, Troika, just looking for as many names and e-mails as I can get to send my stuff for an audition.
Thanks for any direction.

Talitha Fehr is the contractor for Troika - info@tlmusic.ca
I can't find my "master list" of other contractors at the moment, but this also might be of some help: http://www.musicianwages.com/how-to-find-work-as-a-gigging-musician/
What instrument do you play, and do you have conducting/MD experience? Or the technical ability to be the band technician ("pit rat")? These are all extremely helpful (in addition to nailing an audition) in getting the job.

I'm a guitar player, no conducting/MD experience. No tech chops either. I used to own a recording studio, so I do know my way around in the world of recording, but I'm a player, and would like to remain in that realm.
I've been to the musician wages site. David Hahn (sp?)used to be a cruise ship piano player. I'm currently working for Princess and I want out.
If you could look for your list and post it, I would be eternally grateful.
Thank you very much.

John Mezzio is musical coordinator for most NETworks shows.
If you go to the NETworks, Troika, etc sites, they usually have links / contact.

Find a group on Facebook called "Theatre Music Directors". There will be many more people there that can help!

Pay attention to the job postings sections on sites like Playbill, Backstage, etc. Audition/submissions postings for some of the non-union companies pop up from time to time.

Do you currently reside where a subscription of shows are presented? A lot of times touring productions will contract local musicians. Find out who your local contractor or presenter is if that is relevant to your case.

Again thanks for the info. I've been to the facebook site of theater music directors, I guess I have to have permission or be approved to join the group, so that is pending. I have Playbill bookmarked along with Broadway world, and Backstage. So I'm constantly looking there.
Can anyone suggest or think of other touring companies off the top of their head? I have NETworks, Troika, and Work Light. Any others?
Trpguyy said he had a master list that he couldn't find, so do any others have possibly a list? Just a few more, so I can send my material out? I actually got invited to audition for Work Light just through my sending them my material, so I know it's just a numbers game and I need to get to as many people as possible.
Sorry to be a bother, and again, thanks to every one's suggestions so far. I desperately need to get away from cruise ships.

In terms of the independent producers/general management companies there's also Phoenix Entertainment and Big League.

Thanks so much. Exactly what I'm looking for. And I'll gladly take more if anyone can think of companies off the top of their head.
Eternally grateful
