I'm wondering If I should just buy tixs to September 4th or wait so I can get tixs to September 7th. Is there ANY WAY I COULD GET SEPT 7th tix?
I am debating on if I should see it one last time before it goes....

Did you read the press release? It seems pretty clear to me.

no but should I get them then exchange them?
Read the press release.
Tickets eligible to be exchanged for the 9/7 performance had to have been purchased PRIOR TO MARCH 15.
So, no. That won't work.
read the press release...you have to have purchased them by a certain point to be able to exchange them...
*edit* they beat me to it :) Updated On: 3/26/08 at 02:13 PM

how would they know when I brought my tixs? IF i get em from ebay?
I think that since you don't know for sure when it will close you should go to every single performance between now and closing to make sure that you actually get to see the last show. It's the only thing that makes sense.
you are just going to have to wait until all of the June 1st ticket holders have made their switches. Then, if there are any seats left, they will put them up for sale to the public

This.
You cannot just by tickets on eBay or StubHub and then exchange them.
Again, READ:
"These fans must have purchased their tickets prior to March 15, 2008 and verifiable proof of purchase for these tickets must be presented: Ticketmaster account information or credit card receipt or statement. The hard copy of proof of purchase must be brought or mailed to the box office along with tickets to affect the exchange. This will be checked."
Thank God! One last time to see it =]
^^ (to munkstrap's) Yep. So translation, the people who bought them to sell for huge prices and haven't done so yet can exchange theirs.
Those who already bought the ultra-expensive ones on EBay are SOL and stuck with very expensive tickets to what will NOT be a final performance.

NO!
No. Now go away.
Don't listen to them, coolkid. Not only can you exchange them for the 7th, but I heard from a friend of a friend that for every September 4th ticket you exchange, you get TWO September 7th tickets! What a deal!
yeah stick to preist has a good point, i think you should do just that.
