I'm doing Kismet, and I was cast as...

Hey, my opera company is doing Kismet and I was cast as Lalume, and I was wondering, since I know there is also Marsinah, which one is either the bigger part or the better part? Thanks

Marsinah is a bigger part, but Lalume is still a major character, and she it's a much sexier, more fun role. Have a great time with it, and TEAR UP "Not Since Ninevah". :)

Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you. Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

I happen to think that part is larger (and obviously more interesting) than Marsinah.

And, you get an amazing song in "Not Since Ninevah"
