Parade
or
[title of show]
I know they're both incredibly different, but which one should I buy?
What kinds of shows do you like?
As much as I love the classic Andrew Lloyd Webber and Sondheim, I'm always looking for really original musicals with a definitive voice and very original music. Just something I've never heard before.
Like Next to Normal and Avenue Q.
Hm. I feel like either one would fit that bill. My gut says Parade.
Yeah, I was leaning towards Parade aswell.
Try to eventually get [TITLE OF SHOW] as well. You'll laugh the entire way through.
Parade! (TOS) is cute, but Parade is something special.
Parade is really remarkable. Get it!
PARADE all the way! Jason Robert Brown is one of the best composers working today, and PARADE is a fine score, and a moving show.
Two other cast albums/scores I always recommend to people are William Finn's A NEW BRAIN and the more recent GREY GARDENS by Michael Korie and Scott Frankel. I have the first (of two) cast albums of that one and love it. I always enjoy listening to A NEW BRAIN; a fascinating piece performed by a stellar cast.

PARADE. I'm sure the other posters will want to shoot me, but I found [TOS] overrated and self-indulgent.
