I'm just hoping someone comes through and buys the theater. It's a great little theater and I'd feel so bad for all that work there.

The physical space needs a LOT of work to bring it back up to the standards and level of quality people once associated with it.
Though, as I said in the other thread, just be thankful that it is still standing to potentially be bought and revived, given the previous owner's track record.
I'm actually heading out to see A Christmas Carol there in a little while.
I've been going to the playhouse for over 20 years -- quality has ranged from poor to great (I'd never seen another production, but the Mystery of Edwin Drood they did a couple years back was really fantastic), but if nothing else it introduced me to LOTS of shows I may not have gotten to see productions of otherwise.
I hope someone buys it and restores the theater -- the interior does need a LOT of work.
