I like the idea of Stephanie J. Block as Lucille, but I don't think Norbert Leo Butz could pull off Leo. I know he's 40 but his energy and presence make him seem a lot younger, and a total opposite from Leo.
I'd also like to see How to Succeed with Esparza and Benanti.
