Differences in the set list (whereas her previous tour closed with Defying Gravity, she opened with it this year) and much larger venues, but I think the standout for this tour has been Creep. From what I've seen in both the official reviews and social media, that was a pleasant surprise for everyone and really a perfect set choice opposing the Let It Go insanity. I wouldn't be surprised if some of the stage patter was the same (e.g. introducing the "prostitution medley" that she's done before), but it's really the unplanned and organically adopted stuff at each concert that makes it more intimate. Unplanned like the Jiffy Lube song or improv rap, or the Red Rocks performance featuring a blown-up skirt, for example; organic changes such as bringing all the children to the stage for Let It Go or the bit with the slippers.
The exact set list, in order was: Defying Gravity, Don't Rain on My Parade, Brave, I Stand, The Wizard and I, River, Love for Sale/Roxanne, Ethel Merman Medley, Still I Can't Be Still, Creep, Take Me or Leave Me (Audience members), No Day But Today (whole audience), Always Starting Over, For Good (a cappella), Let It Go (children), Encore: Child & Tomorrow
This obviously has nothing to do with her tour, but wasn't sure where else to post.
Has anyone heard anything about the TV show announced for Menzel last year? Seems like a big deal was made out of the announcement and then-- nada. Any insider info out there? I'd like to see her on television!
She filmed the pilot while in LA during the IF/Then tour. Being a pilot, it has to be shopped around to the various networks to see if anyone bites. Regardless of one's opinion of Idina (I like her) the premise of "a public figure who's tired of appearing happy all the time" didn't seem too promising. As I recall Megan Hilty recently had a pilot no one made an offer on. Still, there are many more outlets than in the day when I was my Dad's remote control.
I'm seeing this show soon and I have a question for those who have seen the tour. Is there a program that comes with the show, similar to a Playbill or something? Also, does Idina do any type of meet and greet after the show, similar to a Stage Door?

You can purchase a tour program from the merch stand. It's unlikely you'll get any type of "Playbill," unless the venue provides them.
She has not been stage dooring on this tour, but there have been local radio contests to win an actual meet & greet with her, so check your area stations' social media, etc etc.
