Posted: 3/14/08 at 1:21pmwouldn't it make sense to kill him between the announcement and his debut? That way he'll NEVER got on broadway before you.

Posted: 3/14/08 at 1:52pmHe's not doing it right? I don't think the courts would allow him to take the kids to NYC for that length of time.

Posted: 3/14/08 at 1:57pmYou know songandanceman, I usually say the same thing about other celebrities that do Broadway shows...just give him a chance...but this is one that I'm just not ok with. K-Fed is a bum who should never be on any stage, let alone a Broadway stage.

Posted: 3/14/08 at 2:36pmI can understand that. I mean, yeah, he's a better person for the way he handled the whole child situation...but it doesn't make him a good performer. He road Brittany's coat tails into fame, he released an album that was considered a joke to almost everyone in the industry, now he's thinking Broadway. I usually don't have a problem with stunt casting...even if it is just a chorus role, but he is not Broadway material.

Posted: 3/14/08 at 3:05pmDoes everyone forget he use to be a backup dancer? I mean come on the guy at least has to have to dancing chops now singing and acting I don't know but still people act like its a major crisis for them to but someone who they deem less than qualifies on stage.

Hello Dawley,
Some unsolicited advice:
You'll get to Broadway faster by focusing on the effort, work, discipline and skill it takes to get there rather than wasting your energies on concerns over K-Fed.
Hope to see you trodding the boards soon.

Yeah, people forget that he's a trained dancer.
I mean, I wouldn't want to see him playing Warner, but a job as an ensemble member (a featured one, considering he is KFed) would be a very natural transition for a dancer.

Posted: 3/14/08 at 4:22pmI just have a problem with stunt casting with someone who was never famous for doing something artistic. Even the saddest of Chicago replacements were all big at one time or another. K-Fed is famous for being sleazy, fathering children, and making money off an insane person. His dancing is an afterthought and his album was very poorly received.

Trained dancer or not, his current beer gut is enough to make me stay away from Broadway. Whereas I am happy that he's taking an interest in his two latest kids, it sickens me that a gold-digger like him gets breaks because he's yet another of the worthless Hollywood names that are currently popular.
I still hope there is room on Broadway for those of us who went to college, studied and practiced hard and...(ahem)...PAID...OUR....DUES...to be where we always wished we would be, and didn't get there because we rode on someone's coattails.

Kevin Federline, a.k.a. the former Mr. Britney Spears.
Apparently he wanted too much money, so we'll all be spared.

Posted: 3/14/08 at 5:18pmSpears gets 3 visits per week and is on a 1500$ allowance. Going to NYC with the children would break his agreement with the court.

Why are we even discussing this. There was a news report he isn't doing it.
Having worked for cps, there is no way Fed-Ex could swing this without the court's ok.
