What shows could have been a million times better if they had another week of previews of an out of town tryout? Asking for shows which aren't critically acclaimed or box office hits.

None. Generally the changes that need to be made during previews don't get made anymore. Another week wouldn't make a difference if nothing is done.

An extra week of previews and an entire out of town run aren't really equivalent...
