Since Rory O'Malley is definitely in for Best Featured Actor for The Book of Mormon, my hope would be Rose Hemingway in Best Leading/Featured Actress for How to Succeed.

Trey Parker for Best Original Score. And yes, I know he's not the only one who worked on the score, but I just want Trey Parker to be a Tony Award nominee/winner. It'll make Cannibal! The Musical come full circle.
