Olga Merediz My show is closing January 9th. That's the bad news. The GOOD news is that Lin-Manuel Miranda is coming back to do Usnavi Dec. 25th. That will be so much fun!

Wow. I was listening to the music today and thinking that the show may close in January and that he should come back to finish out the run. I would love to see him in it. I saw the touring production and really enjoyed it.

Very sad news! Although it's had an outsanding run I wanted to see the show in the spring since it's not scheduled to come to Dallas next year!

Ahh, I can't believe it would be almost three. It seems like it opened yesterday. I remember seeing it the day after it opened and then it was huge. And the movie is still on it's way.

Sad news, but this show has had a great run! I would love to see the rights released to local theatres!

Wow. I. can't. breathe.

One of my favourite shows! Can't believe it'll be a month shy from it's 3 year Broadway anniversary. They should at least give them one last month.

I'm sad. I was hoping the film would be out while the show is still on Broadway. Guess that's not gonna happen.

Heck....I'd be among the first to produce this...even with my lily white school!

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

This was expected, but still sad. Very few shows on broadway have the heart and life that In the Heights puts onstage 8 times a week.
