I've only seen it front row and loved being that close to the energy and action.
From what I've heard if you want to get a "complete" view, further back is better.
It all depends on what you want.

I sat front row, left side. Had no trouble seeing everything, enjoyed my seat (although center would obviously be better. Stage is low (my eyes were probably even with stage level) and sightlines are not a problem the way the stage is set up.

There really isn't a bad seat in that theater.
Disagree- with the way the mezz overhangs I wouldn't sit in the rear orch (anything from row T on) at the full orch price. Half price rear orch, standing room, etc. are fine, but paying full price for the rear orch in the Richard Rodgers would be the bad seats in the house in my book.

I've seen the show twice--first from the second row in the orchestra, and then from orchestra row M. Loved the show both times, but seating-wise, I much preferred the latter...

Thanks everyone for your responses. I think I'll try for tickets futher back instead of the second row. Thanks again!

How about the cheap seats (last 3 rows of mezz.) ?? Are they worth the $40 or too far away ?? Thanks much !!

Those seats were better when they were $21.50.

I would just stick with row B if your only options are seats where your view is going to be obstructed by the mezzanine overhang.

I can't really afford the 120$ tickets so I was thinking of doing row B of rear mezz.
Do you all think these are good seats or should I choose a different show with better seats/cheaper tickets?

There is no row B in the rear orch- do you mean row B in the rear mezz? Rear mezz is perfect- I've sat in row G and H (last row of the house) rear mezz now, and I am slightly in love with the view of the lighting from up there.

Thanks for answering Anakela.
Sorry, I wrote that incorrectly. Row B, rear mezz.
Now, it doesn't say it's obstructed but it's seats 26 and 28 which are all the way to the side.
Opinions?

Every single seat in the mezzanine has a great view; center, side, anywhere. Those you mentioned are fantastic.

Which would be better?
Row D- rear mezzanine- seats 25 and 27 (all the way to the left)
Or
Row F- rear mezzanine- seats 2 and 4 (end of row, near center isle)

I'd got with row F just for the aisle and central location.

Does anyone know what the empty space in front of Row L on the left and right sides of the orchestra is? Is this an aisle for people to enter the theatre? If you are sitting in Row L, is there a wall in front of you or is it open space? Lastly, how is Row L seat 9?
Thanks for your help!

Does anyone know what the empty space in front of Row L on the left and right sides of the orchestra is? Is this an aisle for people to enter the theatre?
Yes. It's the two entrances to the orchestra.
If you are sitting in Row L, is there a wall in front of you or is it open space?
There's no wall, but I think it might be a tad higher than row H, so there might be a bar. I am not completely sure though.
Lastly, how is Row L seat 9?
Sounds pretty good to me.
