Posted: 10/16/12 at 11:34pmI'd guess *someone* involved hs passion for this play--and as someone who thinks it has a lot of great stuff in that, and that Williams' lesser known works deserve more re-appraisal I'm all for that. But the very approach mentioned--that a lot of multimedia (and interpretative dance??) is part of the concept, which I think would really overwhelm the play. It just sounds like a mess on every level. I know it was a very short run, but even in the smallest New World Stage, surely they had to put up *some* money which it sounds like they'll lose.
