Inherit The Wind is comin' back to Broadway

Next March, a revival of the classic drama, Inherit the Wind will return to Broadway starring Christopher Plummer and Brian Dennehy.

I read this play in 7th grade. I loved it then, and I love it now, especially since I'm taking evolutionary biology

I read this play on my own free time a few years ago. It was a masterpiece. So powerful. I'm sure Brian Dennehy and Christopher Plummer will do great.

Which parts are they playing? My choice would be Dennehy as Drummond and Plummer as Brady, but something tells me it's the other way around. Anyone know?

The play, by the way, is far, far superior to the movie.

Fantastic play. This season should be incredible.

Plus a great excuse to go to New York with my 8th grade English teacher, who's the most amazing women ever. Okay, I'm done/

yeah i did this play last year. having done it...i thought it was kind of boring. although i was rev. brown so that was a kick. although the leads are fab. so it should earn them some tony noms.

The story in the link, billyweeds, confirms your suspicion that Plummer will be Drummond and Dennehy will be Brady.

Although During was fine in 1996 ( does not seem like 10 years) Dennehy will obviously be much better
