Hello All,
Visiting the East Coast and taking the kids to see Lion King at the Minskoff. Any good tips or tricks on picking up tickets, avoiding lines, eating places nearby afterwards, etc?
Thanks for any and all help!

Big Daddy JP? Sounds like a pedo... or a pimp...
Junior's is right down the street from the theatre, and it's a great place to eat either before or after the show. Are you getting your tickets at the box office? You should be able to get your tickets starting that morning of the day you are going.

I'm not a pedo . . . I'm a pyschotic ax murderer who hates theater fans especially those who try to be funny, but thanks for playing . . .
Anyways, I googled Junior's and it looks perfect for my crowd since we're all big cheese cake lovers. Thanks Neal! Any more tips on parking, and the Minskoff site says we can pick up our "Will Call" tickets only an hour prior, is that true?
The one-hour WILL CALL bit has been said for decades. But you can actually pick-up your tickets 5 minutes after you ordered them online or over the phone. They have the ability to print them at the box office.
They begin printing day-of WILL CALL tickets about an 2 hours prior to the performance but technically you can actually pick them up any time before your performance. I have been doing this for years so I know what I'm talking about.
My kids love Jrs. HUGE variety of food, HUGE servings. Be prepared to SHARE. But be careful....the wait can be looooooong.
And yes, you can pick up tix ahead of time. I nearly always do.
Has anyone ever sat in the front row??
I sat in the front row for Metro. It was decades ago, but I remember liking the view.
I did with my kids, but on house right. Loved it.
