She talks about getting the idea and process of putting together Little Women: The Musical. There's also a short clip of Sutton Foster singing "Astonishing".

Does she talk about why the musical sucked so bad and why Amy McAlexander chose to give perhaps the most nauseatingly annoying performance ever put on stage?

Even worse than that girl from In My Life?

I saw this piece of crap on tour. Who needs Xanex when you have Maureen McGovern giving a mind-numbing performance. And to think she got the last bow, too.

Nothing of that sort but, I DO actually think that in her "advice", it might've been good to hear how to handle bad press, reviews, etc. I never personally saw the show but, I didn't hear much good about it. How were Sutton and Maureen?

I don't remember. I was too busy searching for my earplugs so I didn't have to hear McAlexander squeal anymore or at least a pen so I could gauge my eyes out and not have to look at her hopping around the stage pretending to be one of Marie Osmonds dolls.

Guess it doesn't help if I don't post the link. Sorry.

No, don't be sorry! Her performance is just a joke to my friends and I. But there are a LOT of people who love the show and will love reading that! :)

Yeah, a ton of my friends LOVE this show! Me, I like pretty much one song from it, tops, (Days of Plenty...for personal reasons) and I have no desire to read the novel. Maybe it's a dude thing *shrugs*.

I'd have to say the First National tour was in far more better shape than the OBC.

I saw it on tour. The music was all right, but the lyrics and the book needed work IMO. The cast, however, was top notch. And I loved Derek McLane's set.
