Amazon isn't listing it right.
Here's a review of the Blu-ray (excellent) and a list of its special features.

Posted: 3/22/15 at 7:18pmIt should be noted that the DVD does not have "She'll Be Back", Audio Commentary, Easter Eggs, and other features, like the Bluray does.

Posted: 3/22/15 at 8:12pmI think it's a shame that the DVD has far less features than the BluRay... I actually don't have a BluRay player, but this is finally convincing me to make the (now pretty cheap) leap to buy one so I can appreciate the film and all the bonus features.

According to this (much better and more detailed) review, there is indeed an Easter Egg on the Blu-ray Disc:
Easter Egg (0:50, HD): a behind-the-scenes look at how the end of Meryl Streep's "Last Midnight" was shot.

@Bestie.. Thank you for the info. The details in the AMAZON page has wrong information. That is why I was questioning as to wether to get the BR or the dvd. I know the quality of the BR is always much better. But my question was pertaining more towards the extras features.

Posted: 3/24/15 at 10:36amIt seems to me that putting the content of the Easter egg online takes the fun out of the Easter egg hunt. I used to have a good time searching the menus searching for these, or turning to the Internet and following convoluted directions like a treasure map to find them. Now production companies just post them on their official Web sites. Lame.

I watched the cut song on the Blu-ray Disc, and honestly I just don't think it's very good.
I don't think it adds anything either dramatically or musically to the story or character(s). We know the witch feels this way already, just from the short exchange with Rapunzel and the look in her eyes as she rides away with the prince. She already sings the first part of Children Will Listen.
"Unnecessary" was the first thing I though. Then I just tried to enjoy it as a song, and I really didn't.
It sounded almost like a parody someone would write if they were trying to imitate a Sondheim song.

Yeah, I watched/listened to 'She'll Be Back' and had the same impression. It wasn't very well written - the constant repetition of 'she'll be back' got irritating after a while - and added nothing to the witch's character.
Not to mention, its inclusion makes her decision to disappear even more confusing. If she thinks Rapunzel is coming back, why does she later act like she's got nothing to stay for? Doesn't make sense.
It sounded like about half of a good Sondheim song. If it had been a really good Sondheim song we would have seen the witch's confidence slide into doubt, then into anger, then rage when she realizes that Rapunzel ISN'T coming back, that she's lost her forever to the world. That would have explained her later actions and fit. This doesn't.
