I mean I really liked him in Harry Potter, but watching him in his "Equus" and various Broadway interviews, he's so sweet and cute and smart and I'm out of nowhere wondering if he likes older, chubby men.....

Yeah, me too. :3 It's not fair that he's so smart and articulate and has such a great work ethic and is cute without being intimidatingly stunning.

I always found him utterly charming and witty on his TV talk show appearances but it wasn't until watching him on Bravo's INSIDE THE ACTOR'S STUDIO that it came full circle with adoring the f**k outta him. There are no words to describe his entire essence. What an amazing young man in every aspect.

Looking forward to seeing him become one of England's finest actors as the years progress -- in his work and as a public personality.

I'm a huge Harry Potter fan and I have been for about 9 years, so I've always liked him, but lately I'm becoming more smitten with him haha.

His interviews on Conan are hilarious if anyone can find them.

I was quite impressed with his performance in Equus. (I never minded him in HP, but I'm not a huge fan of the movies.) But I wholehearted agree: Seeing his charm in interviews is delightful and endearing.

I thought he was brilliant in Equus. Charming and sweet to my daughter at the stage door, wishing her a Happy 18th and teasing that he misses being 18. He then signed some more playbills but then came back to her a wished her a Happy Birthday again before he left.
He seems level headed, smart, funny, hard working, respected.
Yeah, I love this guy. He has totally won me over.

I've never seen Equus, but I've always been really underwhelmed with him in the Harry Potter movies, probably just because he doesn't act like my mental image of how Harry behaves. And I think he is really creepy-looking.

HOWEVER. I am totally in love with his personality, to a ridiculous extent. I think I've watched every interview with him on the entire internet. I just love his sense of humour and his strange, eccentric awkwardness. He seems like the type of person I'd be really good friends with if he wasn't... an incredibly famous actor who I'll never actually meet.

I have great respect for him. He really enjoys what he's doing, and is taking smart risks to challenge himself. Being in Equus is one example of him thinking about his future before it arrives. He's got a good head on his shoulders, and I, too, am looking forward to seeing more of his work.

I echo the above post. If all Hollywood stars his age could be more like him, all those tabloid rags would have a harder time filling their pages. He is incredibly successful yet very grounded. He takes risks. He steps out of his comfort zone. And, from what others have said on this board, he is just a down-to-earth guy with no ego who is very appreciative of his fans. And he's not too shabby to look at either. I'd say he's pretty much the total package. I surely wouldn't push him out of bed.

I've always liked him as Harry Potter, but when I saw him in Equus in London, I was overwhelmingly impressed. Even moreso now I've seen him in the NY production.
