I have heard they are happy with the business they're doing now and are hoping the movie release will boost ticket sales over the summer (expect them to have some more C-list stunt casting in place by then as well.)
If sales
don't increase after that (since they're using the impending release as a sort of light at the end of the tunnel for now,) Andrew Lloyd Webber wants the theater for the "Evita" transfer and will look to go after it in the fall if the show is in any danger of closing at all.
Tonya Pinkins: Then we had a "Lot's Wife" last June that was my personal favorite. I'm still trying to get them to let me sing it at some performance where we get to sing an excerpt that's gone.
