Not going to happen for July. The Broadway League said they need 2 full months to reopen a show b/c of tech, stage hands, cast, marketing, etc. And no, he's not growing his hair for show. He can always wear a wig. I do suspect he'll be in first night at least either as an actor or welcoming all.
I think there is a strategic reason for him to not go into the role again as well. After he left, they had to build the notion that the show was the attraction (after the spectacle of people killing each other to get tickets to see him before he left). To put him back in for the reopening creates a sense that that would be something "special." Not a good idea.
