i believe she is...she sings it along with emmaretta marks and lorrie davis...and i believe they trade off lines individually & collectively during that song

she can also clearly be heard singing the lines:

facing a dying nation
of moving paper fantasy
listenin' to the new told lies
with supreme visions of lonely tunes

with lynn kellogg on 'the flesh failures'
