According to the app, the booth will be open at 11 a.m. today (as it is on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday), so it seems that would be for selling today’s matinee tickets.  The site will go live at 11 a.m., so check then to see what is on the board.  Enjoy your show!

The Times Square booth went back to being open at 11am on Thursdays in September. Reminder that the Lincoln Center booth opens at 11am Tues-Sat.

The rule of thumb is that the booth opens early (so 11 am) for any day that there is a Broadway matinee. They won't open it for an off-Broadway matinee. So if there is a Broadway show (it used to be Phantom, but now it is A Beautiful Noise), it should be open.

And after HARMONY opens, they'll also have Thursday matinees.
