Posted: 3/9/06 at 12:41pmI haven't seen the current revival of Pajama Game yet and I don't know if I plan to. But I have one question: Does the dictaphone that Sid records "Hey There" into and then plays back to have a duet with himself remain in the show?

Ah, yes, the Magic Dictaphone. First of all, it changes lyrics. Sid 'records' the lyric "Are you too much in love to hear?" and Magic Dictaphone plays back "Are you just too far gone to hear?” Second, Sid records melody and Magic Dictaphone plays back harmony.
I'd look for Magic Dictaphone infomercials in the near future.
