Professionally done for distribution? Nope. (Well, to the best of my knowledge.) A professional one is in the archives viewable at the Public Library in NY. If you have a "good" reason.

Was the tour with Doug Sills actually filmed? I think I remember that the plan was to film it but it never happened...
