James Corden Opening - Tonys

Hey Guys! I was just rewatching the Tony Awards and remembered how much I loved the Opening Number. A few of the excerpts from musicals I got like Annie, Lion King, Grease, etc. But does anyone have a full list in order of what the referred musicals were? Thanks!

I wanted to give a shout out to David Javerbaum who wrote all of the lyrics for the opening.  Former head writer of the Daily Show, writer of Act of God and lyrics for the musical Crybaby.

I loved it too!!! The only part I was a tad bit critical about was the parents of the little James. I was a fat kid back when I was a kid and I think it was mainly genetics (mom was fat). Both parents of Little James were drop dead gorgeous. I mean... wow. I just found it odd not one of them was portly. To each his own but I don't know why I thought that while watching the Tony's opening.
