With tours, discounts depend on the venue. Have you asked the theatre?

Although it does depend on the venue, I don't see Jersey Boys releasing any discounts. Have any of the tour stops done this?

Some of them have had some kind of rush, but I think at least a couple cities have had discounts.

Tickets for JERSEY BOYS on tour appear to be as impossible to obtain as when it first opened on Broadway.

A few months ago, tickets for the US Tour of JERSEY BOYS for its month long run in Fort Lauderdale, FL were impossible to obtain and ticket brokers made a killing.
