it's a cool little town. best place to look at nyc and quickest place to live if you frequent the city, as i do.

gerb, I'm in Hudson County! born and raised in Bayonne.

oh, and iflip, you're in Union County if you're in Springfield.


When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain. -Kad

voice! yay i'm not alone! lol. i've always wondered why so many movies i see happen to take place in NJ and especially recently. i always wonder if the rest of the country actually thinks we're just a toxic dump lol. and the toxic avenger is really not helping that cause!

well, I don't help dispel the rumors by saying I live in the part of Jersey that gives it its bad reputation. but the parts outside of my bubble are all green and beautiful.

I've spent so much time here growing up and for the past three years, I almost feel like I could be from Jersey! A lot of my friends from VT refer to it as dirty Jersey, but most of them have never been to NJ. I stick up for it!

I thought it was dirty Jerz. or some variant thereof. I know my classmates from high school (in Jersey City) said it was all about the 201 (or 2o1).
