Does anyone know how to get tickets for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon? I know you can get them on The Tonight Show website, but I'm not sure when I should start looking for Nov. tickets. At the moment, tix are available through Sept, but sold out (given out). I guess I'm really wondering when do they put the next month up so I can attempt to get the tickets! Thanks!

It varies. Follow the Tonight Show twitter account, because they tend to tweet when they make the next block of tickets available (and act fast, they go QUICK).

You have an easier chance to get Seth Myers or Letterman. Myers is very easy. Just check their NBC ticket line until the dates you are interested come up. Then you call and speak to a ticket representative. You may have to make several calls to get a nonbusy line. Letterman, you request on their website. Sometimes you don't know you have the opportunity for a ticket until the last minute, Then when they call you, you have to answer a question correctly about the show. Jimmy Fallon, if you don't catch the ticket release immediately, they are gone in seconds. Keep in mind, if you have never done this before, it takes a multi-hour commitment of checking in, standing in line and waiting. The first experience , I guess can be fun, after that you can become jaded like me. But they have no problem reminding you "that the tickets were free!"

There's also standby, which I have never done, so I can't cite any personal experience. But people do wait and hope.
