Anything is possible, but it is awfully early for them to be scouting replacements. More than likely she was just there to see the show.

They havent even opened yet, why would they be looking for a replacement already?

Sometimes people are just audience members.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Well the show just started performances so I don't think they would be looking for replacements just yet unless Harriet Harris got really bad reviews or is working on something else and I haven't heard about either. She's probably just going to see the show for fun.
