Does anyone know in what context the song "Whether or Not" is from Joey Contreras' "This Thing Called Love"? I know it's only been produced as a workshop and doesn't have a published script, but I was wondering if anyone knew the basic story.

Or, what would be great too, would be Joey Contreras' contact information. I would love to ask him personally.
