Jordin in 10/24 matinee of ITH?

Hi I just purchased tix for ITH sunday Matinee for my daughter to see it a 2nd time with Jordin. Now i read on twitter that Jordin is on a plane? Will she be in the show this weekend, can someone please tell me? My daughter is going to be so upset! thanks

I think I heard from a friend she's not in it this weekend. I know for sure the understudy is in it tonight, the understudy is amazing but I know that's not the point. I know there's a Broadway understudy page on facebook that let's you know these kind of things.

Not sure if she'll be back but she wore out her voice and sounded awful Sunday, so you'll probably enjoy her understudy's vocal and acting performance much more either way.

She is out tonight and at tomorrow's matinee. She'll be back for tomorrow's evening show, so unless something bad happens before Sunday, you'll see her.

Gabrielle is on (thank goodness). Don't know about tomorrow, but I will be at that show as well.

Yea, even though Courtney can sing both Nina and Vanessa's parts, I never could really picture her as either, where as Gabrielle I can picture as either.

Courtney is a great Nina. Not the strongest vocals, but her acting was very good. Nina is just a bit of a boring role, an actress can only do so much with it.

Courtney is a absolutely wonderful Vanessa--probably my favorite. I really wish I could have seen Gabrielle's.

That's funny, cause I also ADORE Gabrielle's Vanessa. I do think Courtney acts Nina well, but I cannot stand her voice.
