I wonder if she could pull off Maxine in NIGHT OF THE IGUANA

Maxine in NIGHT OF THE IGUANA is easily the best suggestion yet! Would love to see that happen!
and I agree with others who say please, anything but CHICAGO!

I imagine she wants to do a musical because the woman wants to dance. I don't think she'll be doing a straight play.
I think she also knows she tends to keep weight off when someone is paying her to do it. She doesn't do well with exercise when left to her own devices.
However, she has always danced-since she was young- and attributes it to being the only way she likes to work out.
She's an exceptional actress and entertainer-sadly, all press focuses on now is her weight.

Anyone familiar with this lady's talent will tell you she deserves far more than Hannigan and Mama Morton. Besides, I don't think she's a good fit for those roles anyway.
At any rate, it's pretty damn incredible what weight loss can do to a person. Even more incredible is how much excess fat can age someone. She looks almost the same as I remember her back when she was younger and being thin came naturally.
She looked old and not even a shadow of her former self when she was really big. She looks awesome now.

Why do I have this feeling that its "Leap of Faith"?
I know they were just looking for a "name" to fill the role. Is she right for the Brooke part?

She said before that she wanted to do Mame. I could see her in Hello Dolly and Applause as well.
