Thoroughly Modern Millie does. I didn't notice it on 'Long As I'm Here With You' till like the 50th listen. but it's there. and in some of the others (What Do I Need With Love has some I think)

A dobro is a resonator guitar that is sometimes played with a bottleneck slide. It is most commonly found in the earliest forms of blues. Listen in the show PARADE during the song "Feel the Rain Fall." There's a LOT of that.

Pippin at the Papermill used banjo on "Glory" for its fully-orchestrated version of the Manson Trio dance music.

It also uses banjo in the original orchestration.
