I don't get her appeal at all, I thought she was incredibly unlikable on Smash and I think her singing voice is grating and annoying.

It was a stupid idea anyway. That premise was way too worn out even by the first series. Not to mention that terrible finale.

As a lover of parallel structure, this show seemed doomed as soon as they didn't name it How I Met Your Father.

The the "new direction" seems to be putting on the show in their living room for friends...
