did she WANT to leave or was she FORCED to leave b/c of the MTV show? I think its wierd that the lead is the first to leave out of all the main principals
lol she choose to leave, shes been doing this show for 2 years and its taken its toll on her voice
What cave have you been living in? (Apparently one that gets cable but not internet). She left because the role nearly killed her voice. I fear for the new girl, who has never had to do eight shows a week.
Plus there are dozens of threads on this subject.
Oh, and I'm not flaming you, this is just a subject that has been kicked to death here.
Dude, she was with the show forever. I doubt she was "forced" out. And this is like the ten millionth Legally Blonde thread! Sometimes people can pick petty catfights over the search feature, but come on, these Legally Blonde threads are all over the place.
actually, I read your profile and I guess you know a lot of this. So let's just talk career strategy. Her agents told her it's time to capitalize on the exposure. Most leads leave after 18 months, and she gave them that plus the previews in San Francisco, so she deserves the separation.
...the lead is the first to leave out of all the main principals
who are you counting here, because technically I think Snelson was the first to leave.

Leslie Kritzer was the first principal to leave, wasn't she?
I don't think Leslie counts.
Yeah pretty sure Leslie Kritzer was the first.
For the out of town 'Catered Affair' try-out and such.
How does she not count?
Leslie wasn't a principal really...more of a featured cast member. I guess you can argue that, but I think that the poster was talking about she was the first of the bigger roles to leave.
Actually DeQuina (and JPS) left before Kritzer, but the PMS roles are featured ensemble, I believe.
Any way Leslie didn't leave first it was Dequina. (sp?)
