To everyone who seems confused about the film not playing beyod the 22nd: Let me tell you that neither of those sights list ANY film screen times beyong the 22nd. Trust me, I experimented this for both Brokeback Mountain, Harry Potter, King Kong, Chronicles of Narnia and Rent. At least in my area. We'll have to wait and see.

Sorry to bring this thread back up. Oh, and I am making plans to see it with some friends next Friday! (23rd.)

hey guys - speaking of seeing the movie...
sorry to threadjack....
I'm posting this hear because i want to be sure to reach everyone...

the message is:

weather and strike looming!...

now way to know how bad either will be.

half of you have already cancelled...

considering a "rain check" for sometime in january (and we'd have to move fast as we are losing distribution)

what do you guys think?

I'll be on and off for awhile - then on for a long while after 11pm...

I finally got my friend to go see it today *my 4th time* She's been wanting to see it but has been sooooo busy. I finally convinced her after telling her it was closing.

She left with her heart filled with "RENTness" (if you will)
She called her bf and told him that "HE HAD TO GO WITH HER AGAIN TONIGHT"...I haven't heard if they went yet or not.

Sadly, despite it being in the middle of the day- there were only 4 people in the theatre, including my friend and me.
